Hi Reader, as we’re moments away from ringing in the new year, I can’t help but reflect on the amazing things you’ve helped us accomplish this year.

With your support, we’ve gotten on the radar of NBC Universal, and were selected for their $76k local impact grant. (Check out the video they filmed in our clinic.)

We created a new partnership with a local ambulatory surgical center, which has allowed — for the first time in our history — a patient of ours to receive an endoscope without health insurance.

We took over 36 million steps as a community during our Steps for Care challenges, generating over 1,380 mins of care — and making our selves a bit healthier.

We launched a new program called Compassion Cupboard in partnership with the Food Bank of South jersey, to help our patients fight off hunger.

Our Community Health Workers did more by administering hygiene kits and cancer education to the homeless through local collaborations. (A member of our team was also featured in the November issue of the statewide CHW Hub newsletter.)

We created a partnership with Oaks Integrated Care to bring mental health services, including urgent care and crisis screening, to our patient population.

We were awarded the Gold Standard award for Quality from the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (NAFC) — for the 7th consecutive year! 🏆

All of this helped us give more people in need access to care like never before.

How much more, you ask?

We logged 4,660 patient encounters in 2025.

An increase of 13% from last year, setting a new CHFC record-high once again!

We’re so grateful to have you along for this journey.

There’s so much more we’re excited about for 2026 and beyond.
